These exceptional results and reflect the quality of teaching and learning at Keswick School where students thrive in an ambitious, friendly and happy school community. Over recent years the school has enjoyed many accolades including being rated as one of the top schools in the North of England and featuring in Ofsted’s annual report for the exceptional quality of the Sixth Form. In our most recent inspection (2014) the Ofsted inspectors graded the school ‘outstanding’ in every category.

80% of Year 11 will now continue with their A-level studies at Keswick School with the remainder looking forward to commencing college or starting an apprenticeship.

“These results are down to the outstanding efforts of our highly motivated and exceptionally talented students and staff. They reflect a happy and ambitious school community where effort and hard work is admired and aspired to. Academic success also requires a strength of character and this is well catered for through friendly competition, great pastoral support and plenty of extra-curricular opportunities. That’s the basis for our students’ success.”
Simon Jackson (Head teacher)
