The Telegraph reports Keswick School as 4th best comprehensive in UK for %A grades

Keswick School is delighted to be recognised in the top 5 comprehensives in the country for the proportion of the highest grade (A*) awarded in the 2015 A-level results. This is the result of one in five grades being awarded at A* standard, a 6% increase on last year. 39% of all grades awarded were at A*-A (rising from 34% in 2014) which is a remarkable achievement considering the national declining trend in A*-A%. The school also broke previous records with 84% of all grades achieved at A*-C.

"The hard work and dedication of our students has paid off with some exceptional achievements. Students of all abilities achieved outstanding results with almost every student being accepted on their first choice university course. The recognition of these achievements in tables such as those published in The Telegraph confirm the exceptionally high standards of teaching and learning available at Keswick School. Our motivation is to see every student achieve their potential and to give them an advantage through our unique Sixth Form programme which builds self-confidence, leadership, problem solving and organisational skills."
