Foundation Learning Coordinator/Lead HLTA for Transition

  Fixed-term appointment (31/08/2027 end date)

  32.5hrs per week (term-time only) 

   Grade 6 NJC points 19-20 (£32,061 - £32,597 pro-rata)

   Commencing September 2026

  Closing Date 10am Friday 20th March 2026

 

We are looking for a supportive and committed individual to lead a bespoke Key Stage 3 provision. The role focuses on helping students with literacy, numeracy, or social‑emotional needs make a confident transition from primary to secondary, building the foundations they need to thrive in the mainstream curriculum. A small proportion of teaching hours in addition to this role may be available for suitably qualified candidates and can be discussed at interview.
