Many opportunities exist for boarders in a wide range of extra-curricular activities.
Such weekend activities include adventure in the tree tops at Go-Ape, visiting the local cinema, kayaking, bowling, craft workshops and Laser Quest to name but a few. In the summer term we swap one night of prep per week for an activity that supports the local community whilst utilising our wonderful environment for enrichment. The school has an excellent reputation for team sports and many boarders represent the school and town in sporting areas. We also offer participation in a very active Duke of Edinburgh scheme. When it is time for boarders to move on, their needs are met with support in preparation for University life or apprenticeships by way of independent living weeks.
