Resident Graduate Assistant

Friday 06 March 2026

We are looking for an outstanding individual to take on the role of Resident Graduate Assistant, supporting the Head of Boarding in supervising and organising activities for our boarders. Lairthwaite Boarding House is a co-educational building with an approximate ratio of 50:50 boys to girls. Our boarders are between the ages of 11-18, and they join us from all over the world. The role involves a range of responsibilities, including daytime, evening and weekend duties. A genuine commitment to ensuring the best possible experience for our boarders is essential, as is the ability to combine strong organisational skills with a warm and inclusive approach. It would be advantageous for an applicant to have a full drivers license, their own vehicle, and the ability/willingness to drive a minibus.

  • Commencing September 2026
